Vanessa has spent nearly 20 years in the Food and Beverage industry, spanning small local restaurants to high end 5-star / 4 Diamond resorts. With a background as a Mixologist and Restaurant Manager, she pours her heart into every recipe, client, and event. She has a passion for sustainability and believes that this industry could make an incredibly large impact on the planet if we simply created less trash, and turned to composting - which is exactly what Benefit Bar does! She is a serial entrepreneur, and proud dog Mom when she isn't found behind the bar creating unique recipes.
Grace has been bartending for a decade, literally ⅓ of her life! She has been able to tend bar at an array of restaurants and venues - dive bars, fine dining, hotels, the Waste Management Open, concerts, and more. She loves bartending private events because she's able to join in the celebration and be part of our client’s special moments. No matter where she is in life, she will always be a bartender at heart, which is how she came to join us at Benefit Bar! She always says, 'You can take the girl out of the bar but you can’t take the bar out the girl!'
Mariah has been in the Hospitality industry for 12 years, and more specifically, in the restaurant and bar industry for the last 8. She started as a Hostess and went to Server, Bartender, Assistant GM, and then Catering Manager. Now, she compliments the team with her years or well rounded expertise, focusing on expert recipes and an unforgettable guest experience
Pedro joins us with nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. He’s worked in environments from fast casual to upscale dining. He has had the privilege of learning from industry leaders and remains passionate about connecting with people while expanding his knowledge of food, beverages, and diverse cultures.
Nick started in the Food and Beverage industry when he was just 17 years old and has worked his way through pretty much every position you could find, and while he spent time as a manager, he always enjoyed bartending the most. He says he's seen just about everything there is when it comes to the industry - something that makes him an unshakeable addition to our team of showstoppers!
