Packages & Rates

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A minimum deposit of 30% down is required to guarantee the spot for your event and to initiate any discussions about offerings and design. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, and will be applied to your total package balance.

Why do you promote mocktails?

We have recognized there is a growing desire of non-drinkers to be able to have fun and special drinks for their celebrations. People abstain for multiple reasons, and there are currently not many health focused mobile bars out there with this focus. We want to bring something special to everyone, and advocate clarity and health.

Do you offer alcohol?

Due to Arizona liquor laws, we are unable to include alcohol as part of our services. The good news here is that it’s more cost effective for you! I will provide a shopping list for you to take the guess work out of high quality brands and amount needed. We are also happy to help walk you through the ordering process for your convenience.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that life happens and sometimes things need to shift. If your event is cancelled more than 2 weeks in advance, you may be eligible for a refund, minus any specialty items that may have been ordered exclusively for your event. Beyond that date, we will be unable to offer a refund as we will have already begun the creation and preparation process.

Can we add extra bartending hours to any package?

Yes. We ask that the amount of time needed is finalized at least 7 days prior to the event so that we also take our team into consideration and allow them to plan accordingly.

Can we do a cash bar?

As we strictly adhere to State regulations, we are unable to facilitate transactions involving alcohol. This also prioritizes your safety and the integrity of Benefit Bar AZ.
